Location
The center is located in Lucerne Valley, California, on twelve and a half acres, on one side of a valley, at an elevation of 3000 ft. in the Mojave Desert (high desert). The city of Barstow is forty minutes to the north, Victorville is thirty minutes to the west, Big Bear (and skiing) is thirty minutes to the south. The city of San Bernardino is a one-hour drive, Los Angeles is a two-hour drive.

The address above is a postal address. The Center is actually located on Turtle Rock Rd.
- Take the I-10, 60, 91, or I-210 Freeway East depending on your location to either the I-15 or the I-215. Go North on I-15 Freeway (or I-215 which turns into the I-15). The I-15 will go up the side of a mountain and through the Cajon Pass. From the Cajon Summit it is about 10 miles to the Bear Valley road exit. You will pass through Hesperia. In the distance you will see some small cone shaped hills. As you get closer you will see a bridge over the highway. This is Bear Valley Road. Take this exit and turn right (East) onto Bear Valley road.
- Drive about 12 miles until Bear Valley road dead ends (Tees) into Highway 18.Turn right onto Highway 18.
- Drive east about 10 minutes (8 miles approximately). Cross a Dry lake. On the other side of the dry lake is Rabbit Springs Road. Turn Left onto Rabbit Springs Road.
- Drive down Rabbit Springs Road about 1/4 mile. There will be a residence and some trees. You should see a big blue sign that says Chua Thien An Desert Zen Center. Turn left onto Turtle Rock Road (a dirt road).
- Drive up about 50 feet and there should be another Blue sign. Turn left and find a parking spot.
